He began his academic journey at Northwestern University in Chicago, where he completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees as part of the Honors Program in Medical Education. After completing his education, Dr. Bindal undertook a rigorous six-year residency in neurological surgery, equipping him with the advanced skills necessary to treat various complex neurological conditions. As the first full-time neurosurgeon in Fort Bend County, he founded the Methodist Sugar Land Spine Center, where he served as its director from 2009 to 2013.
